Miles, Mystery & Mayhem (Vorkosigan Omnibus, #3)
See Cordelia's Honor for my general series impression. I didn't like this one as well because of Ethan: compared to the straight Vorkosigan stuff it felt quite weak, clearly an early novel. While it was somewhat nice to meet a non-Vorkosigan hero, I missed Miles & co and stagnated a bit through the book.
